Head Chef - Jonathan IngramBorn, raised and qualified in the UK, Jonathan Ingram moved to Sydney to begin his extensive career at Level 41. Since then, he has graced the kitchens of some of the world's most exclusive restaurants and worked for acclaimed chefs such as Marco Pierre White in London and Guillaume Brahimi in Sydney. Under his remarkable tutelage, Ingram honed his skills and mastered the techniques he continues to draw and build upon today. Ingram believes that quality ingredients are paramount, which is why he only uses Australia's finest produce. His approach is classic, with a distinctively European style that stems mainly from French technique, which he couples with seasonal inspirations. Having begun his tenure at Verandah in 2006, Ingram has delighted guests by focusing on what the customers want. |

Restaurant Manager - Thierry DagnicourtBorn in France, Verandah Restaurant & Wine Bar's Thierry Dagnicourt has a pedigree in fine dining restaurants. Having been trained in France, Thierry moved to Australia (and fell in love with it) some 21 years ago. Thierry has graced the floor of many great restaurants in both Melbourne and Sydney including Level 41, Le Meridien, Chicane and Jacques Reymond. For the past 8 years, Thierry has been the unmistakable face of Verandah Restaurant & Wine Bar. Thierry has built up a loyal group of customers who love his professional manner, infectious energy and warm, welcoming approach. Like Head Chef Jonathan Ingram, Thierry also lives by the philosophy that it is all about the customer. |
